Printing a Consultation or Intervention Form

A Consultation/Intervention Report can be printed from the Patient folder for any consultation or intervention recorded for the patient.

To print a consultation or intervention report, do the following:

1. Open the patient's folder.
2. Press the Consultation tab.
3. Highlight the consultation or intervention that you would like to print.
4. Press the Print button.
